Your questions, answered honestly.
Everything Pakistani business owners typically ask before choosing an ERP partner — no jargon, no fluff.
01 How long does an ERP implementation typically take?
Most implementations land between 4 and 12 weeks. Smaller deployments (single-module, 10–20 users) wrap up in about a month. Full multi-module rollouts for larger businesses take 8–12 weeks. We always begin with a Discovery sprint so you have the exact timeline in writing before you commit.
02 Can you migrate our data from Excel, Tally or QuickBooks?
Yes — migrating data from spreadsheets, Tally, QuickBooks, MS Access, or other ERP systems is a standard part of every project. We handle cleansing, mapping and reconciliation so your historical records land accurately in the new system, with nothing lost in translation.
03 What's the pricing model — subscription or one-time?
Both are available. Cloud-hosted Syncify ERP works on a per-user monthly subscription with no large upfront cost. On-premise deployments are licensed once with an optional annual support contract. We share a tailored quote only after a 30-minute discovery call, so you pay for what you actually need — not for shelf-ware.
04 We're a small business — is an ERP really worth it for us?
Often yes — even at 10–15 employees, the time saved on manual data entry, inventory reconciliation and tax filing usually pays back the system within the first year. We have an SMB tier of Syncify ERP specifically configured for smaller businesses, so you skip the enterprise-grade features you'll never use.
05 How is Syncify ERP different from SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or Odoo?
We implement all of those — and recommend the one that truly fits your business, not the one we earn most from. Syncify ERP is our own product, designed specifically for the Pakistani market: native FBR integration, Urdu-friendly interfaces, local hosting options, and a price point built for businesses that find SAP too expensive but Excel too painful.
06 Is the system cloud-based or installed on our own servers?
Your choice. Most clients pick our managed cloud — hosted on secure data-centres with daily backups and 99.9% uptime, no infrastructure for your IT team to maintain. For regulated industries or specific compliance needs, on-premise deployment on your own servers is fully supported as well.
07 Can the system be customised to fit our unique workflows?
Every implementation is customised. We start by mapping your existing processes — invoice approvals, stock workflows, payroll rules — and then configure the system to match how your team already works. No forced "you'll need to change how you operate" compromises.
08 What is FBR integration and why does my business need it?
FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) has been moving towards real-time invoice reporting and digital filing for an increasing number of business categories. Our FBR integration automates this — sales invoices sync directly with FBR, tax returns are pre-prepared each month, and your team stops scrambling at filing time.
09 Do you offer Urdu language support or training?
Yes — Syncify interfaces can be configured in English or Urdu, and our training sessions are delivered in whichever language your team is more comfortable with. Most of our consultants are bilingual, so support calls happen in your team's language, not ours.
10 What support and training do you provide after go-live?
Every account is assigned a dedicated success manager and gets access to our 24/7 helpdesk for SAP and ERP clients. We include hands-on training for your team, a parallel-run period after go-live to ensure nothing breaks, and an optional Annual Maintenance Contract for ongoing enhancements and version upgrades.
